Goods sold are Not Returnable.
My Digital Trading uses own fleet of delivery. We ensure the expiry dates of the products we deliver. Therefore we do not see a reason for Return. However, if you have bought wrong item by mistake, we shall arrange for exchange with a small shipping fee of RM10.00. This is subject to acceptance by us.
In very rare cases, if there are defect(s) on the product, you may complaint to us. We shall discuss on how we can entertain.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7-14 days after the confirmation.
My Digital Trading will also not be responsible if your package is lost after we have sent you the proof of delivery when you have opt for "Leave Outside".
